Title: Sales Operations Analyst (English/Chinese Bilingual)Department: TOKCCAZStatus: Salary (Exempt)Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
SUMMARY:

Function: Support sales operations to ensure proper ordering and inventory management is maintained using ERP system and facilitate prompt communication between customer and manufacturing.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience supporting sales reps and sales territories or equivalent combination of education and experience.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Collect data to create and organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines.
  • Update and maintain customer database by inputting customer profile information.
  • Input invoice and bill-back data.
  • Analyze, consolidate, and forward daily action summaries to managers.
  • Use data to investigate the logistical history to resolve order and inventory problems.
  • Research and offer products, promotions, and pricing information to new and existing customers.
  • Provide sales projections by creating and sending sales tracking reports.
  • Report any inventory or service issues to management immediately.
  • Respond to internal TOKCCAZ and TOKA inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnoses system hardware, software, and operator problems.
  • Instruct and guide users in the use of equipment, software, and manuals.
  • Recommend and/or perform actions to correctly solve problems.
  • Interpret, distill, and present complicated and/or technical information to employees, customers, and others in understandable and relatable terms to aid and enhance levels of understanding and implementation.
  • Use and operate a computer, office equipment and other technology devices frequently and consistently throughout each day with a high degree of skill, accuracy, and independent judgment for the purpose of reviewing, analyzing, creating, transmitting, and presenting documents, data, and other business-related information.
  • Perform other necessary duties and tasks as requested.

REQUIRED PERSONAL SKILLS:
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Chinese (verbal/written).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently or in a team setting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

PeriodicalAttending annual and/or quarterly refresher courses related to hazardous waste management and handling, general safety, quality management, and environmental management.

FURTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • You must have a dependable means of transportation to get to and from the work site.

This position primarily works in a temperature-controlled, sometimes high-pressure office environment. Our office spaces include traditional office lighting (including fluorescent lighting), traditional office furniture, shared office space and restrooms, and facilities that include consistent and frequent noise (often louder than ambient noise), conversations among employees and customers, interruptions, and other similar distractions. Performing work in a typical office environment may also include exposure to ordinary and typical odors, scents, perfumes, and other airborne odors associated with people congregating, working, and sharing space together.
