Job descriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Director. As an Assistant Director, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations and management of our organization. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization.
  • Collaborate with staff to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Manage and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities.
  • Coordinate educational programs and initiatives.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including parents, students, and community partners.
  • Participate in meetings, conferences, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Education Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in educational leadership or management roles.
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strategic planning expertise.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Based on experience and education level.
