We are a state-of-the-art senior living and healthcare community. Opened in 2018 and breaking free from traditional nursing homes, offering individualized care in warm, home-like environments.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with orders of the physicians and the total needs of the residents. Completing individualized service plans and conduct wellness visits with residents' families to ensure that all medical needs are met.
- Be responsible for 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and directing the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care.
- In the absence of the Administrator, you will assume responsibility for center operations.
Qualifications:
- A passion for working with seniors.
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin.
- Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school (preferred).
- Prior experience in an LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting (required).
- Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role (required).
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
