Come be a part of a Fun-Exciting Work Environment that has been enriching the lives of West Valley residents by serving older adults, adults with disabilities, children, and the families who care for them since 1981.

Join our team as a:
BeneFitness Adaptive Gym- Surprise, AZ.
Fitness Exercise Coach- On Call as needed- $20.10 ph ($25.00 with National Certification).

What will you be doing?
  • Providing engaging person-centered directed exercise programming, which includes relationship-based meaningful and individualized exercise programs, providing choices, and encouraging members to maximize their body’s ability. 
What qualifications do you need?
  • Able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to the Peoria/Sun City/Surprise, AZ area before starting work. (No Relocation Assistance)
  • HS Diploma/GED Equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience that could include working as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer or exercise coach. 
  • Possess or able to receive *Fingerprint Clearance Card, *CPR, *Negative TB/Chest X-Ray (*Benevilla will assist with the costs of obtaining these).
