Job Description:

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to providing evidence-based treatment, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of behavior technicians.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, functional assessments) and create individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Design, implement, and supervise ABA programs in home, school, and clinical settings
  • Monitor progress through data collection, data analysis, and regular client assessments
  • Provide supervision, training, and support for RBTs and other team members
  • Communicate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment
  • Attend and contribute to regular clinical team meetings
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards in line with the BACB and state regulations

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification and licensure in Louisiana
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
  • Strong skills in behavior assessment, treatment planning, and data analysis
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Proficiency in ABA software and data collection tools preferred
