Position: Accounting Clerk (Payables, Receivables, Payroll)

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payables, accounts receivables, and payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payables:
  • Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment terms.
  • Reconcile statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Prepare and process payment batches.

Accounts Receivables:
  • Generate and send out customer invoices, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • Record and reconcile customer payments.

Payroll:
  • Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Calculate and deduct appropriate withholdings, benefits, and taxes.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.

Other Duties as Assigned:
  • Undertake additional tasks or responsibilities as delegated by management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
