Scope
To ensure timely shipments of orders and data entry into internal SAP inventory system for shipping, receiving, and production

Main activities
Create and audit freight bills prior to payments
Create production labels and production sheets
Enter production into SAP system
Work with purchasing to ensure accuracy of billing/payments
Prepare paperwork and bills of laden for shipments
Implement logistic plan for inbound/outbound flows, monitors performance measurement and negotiates delivery-shipping process
Receiving of cargo
Verify shipments
Inventory control and cycle counts
Schedule production runs as required customers
Verify skids are labeled and stacked properly before shipment
Support department by operating forklift, as necessary
Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding shipping and receiving issues
Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area

Accountability including KPIs
Accountability-Be accountable for the inventory accuracy /KPI -Inventory Accuracy.
Accountability-Verify the accuracy of shipment/receiving contents against purchase orders or invoice/ KPI - Qty orders with discrepancies
Accountability-Manages the controls/ KPI-Zero controls of previous month.

Profile (Experience & qualifications)
Must have strong Math and English skills
Moderate computer skills
General knowledge of material and inventory control and manufacturing operations and processes
Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment
Experience using SAP is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to safety in the workplace
