Clerical Support Auburn Hills-based law firm is looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills for a clerical position in the Compliance Department. Job Duties:
  • Reviewing all incoming correspondence.
  • Processing any special handling issues, including client notification, maintaining firm and client logs, and assisting with responses to consumers.
  • Conducting call monitoring to ensure employee compliance with federal laws, state laws, client works standards, and company policies and procedures.
  • Internal auditing (as needed) to ensure compliance with client and internal work standards, policies, and procedures.

Job Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office. 
  • Ability to comprehend federal and state laws, especially any laws related to debt collection and consumer protection.
