Office Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility involves basic administrative tasks once the closing has taken place, such as sending documents, collecting files/paperwork, filing, uploading documents into system, sending checks to agents, etc.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years office experience.
- Basic computer and phone skills.
- Ability to use basic Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word.
- Must have professional demeanor, friendly, good customer service skills.
- Fast learner, trainable.
Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM.
$15 DOE - Temp to Perm.
128 hours PTO/year (accrued), 401K, Healthcare ($265/month paid by employer), Dental, Vision.
