Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to maintain high food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
  • Manage and motivate staff, providing training and development opportunities to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Control costs and maximize profitability through effective budget management, inventory control, and sales analysis.
  • Foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Implement marketing strategies and community engagement initiatives to drive business and build brand loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to food safety, labor laws, and health code standards.
  • Handle customer feedback and address issues or complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve business goals, including financial targets and operational objectives.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar managerial role within the restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management, front and back of house, and customer service best practices.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss analysis to drive profitability and cost efficiency.
  • In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal health and safety regulations and a commitment to upholding these standards.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with staff, customers, and senior management.
  • Innovative and strategic thinking to implement creative solutions for operational improvements and business growth.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to meet business demands.
