- Answer phone calls, address patient inquiries, and provide information about services, procedures, and office policies.
- Process patient information, including insurance details and billing information, and collect co-pays and payments.
- Maintain patient records and ensure all documentation is accurate, confidential, and up-to-date.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and other correspondence.
- Training will be provided to all new hires.
