We are seeking a Sales Associate who is sales-oriented, autonomous and possesses a kind and open-minded approach. Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Drive sales growth with a target of increasing monthly revenue by 5% compared to the same month the previous year. Utilize advanced sales techniques and product knowledge to meet and exceed targets.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding, personalized service that makes each customer feel valued. Build strong relationships and ensure a memorable shopping experience.
  • Team Motivation: Inspire and motivate your colleagues through your positive attitude, strong work ethic, and collaborative spirit. Help create a supportive and enthusiastic team environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Master our product offerings to offer expert advice and recommendations to customers, ensuring they find the perfect items to meet their needs.
  • Independent Operation: Take initiative and work autonomously to manage your responsibilities, solve problems, and contribute to the store’s overall success.

Qualifications:
  • Proven Sales Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally in a retail or boutique setting.
  • Customer Focus: Exceptional ability to provide high-quality customer service and build lasting relationships.
  • Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and support your team members.
  • Autonomous Work Style: Ability to work independently, taking ownership of your tasks and responsibilities.
  • Open-Minded and Adaptable: Willingness to embrace new ideas and approaches, and adaptability to changing circumstances.
