About Us:
Advance Companies is a leading company in the restoration and remodeling industry committed to providing top-notch services and products to our clients. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telesales/Office Admin to join our sales team and provide support to our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Telesales and Appointment Setting:
    • Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our services/products.
    • Schedule appointments for the sales team with prospective clients.
    • Follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
  • Customer Service:
    • Handle inbound customer service calls and address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.

  • Office Administration:
