    • Epidural Steroid (Lumbar, Cervical), Transforminal
    • Use of X-ray Guidance in perf of Blocks
    • C-Lines, A-Lines, PA Catheter placement
    • Rounding
  • No of ORs: 14
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Hospital Privileges required: Yes
  • Temporary Privileges available: Yes
  • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
  • Active GA License or IMLC
  • BC/BE
  • ACLS, BLS
