Overview: The Inside Sales - Lead Generation position offers you the chance to sell and book appointments into our Client's Customer base.
- This is an hourly position. Part-Time AM/PM to Full-Time positions are available We are flexible to your scheduling needs if you are a serious, dedicated, professional.
- There is a comprehensive Training period that is provided by our Client and through our Company Sales Training Program. You must be motivated to learn, and to grow as a businessperson.
- Positions start with a 6–9-month contract, and we expect it to be extended.
- Continuous on-the-job training occurs with Sales Executives, our clients training team, and our Sales Training Team.
- Our hands-on Executive Management / Training team will help you grow and succeed.
Qualifications:
- Do you have a High School degree? Some College? An Associate’s Degree? We strongly encourage you to apply.
- A Desire to be on the job and learn the Medical Device / Telecommunications Industry, and our Clients portfolio is necessary to be successful.
- Previous Medical Device Sales, Marchant Services, or Telecommunication Sales experience would be ideal, but we will consider candidates with a diverse Inside Sales background.
- Conduct Sales calls on new accounts within the U.S. and establish a strong working relationship.
- Consistently promote the features and benefits of our client and their products through personal selling efforts and regular contact within assigned territory.
- Ensure all sales call activity and information is documented in our CRM.
- Willing to be trained and coached on a proven sales process.
- Strong, reliable work ethic committed to achieving daily sales Showing up is 99% of the job
