Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote consultations with senior patients using cutting-edge telehealth technology.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care coordination.

Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution and an active California medical license (A MUST).
- Board certification in a primary care or relevant specialty field.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with expertise in senior care.
