Essential Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update a variety of maps to support project needs.
- Manage and analyze geospatial data across platforms, ensuring accurate data sharing and collaboration.
- Design and customize WebMaps and WebApplications to enhance user interaction and data visualization.
- Facilitate the integration and exchange of data between GIS and CAD environments.
- Analyze topographic, DEM, and raster data to support project requirements.
- Conduct imagery analysis and apply geoprocessing techniques to derive actionable insights.
- Automate routine GIS tasks and perform complex spatial analyses.
- Provide ongoing technical support and training to team members on GIS tools and processes.
- Ensure all GIS outputs are accurate, consistent, and meet the required quality standards for project deliverables.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration and data presentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Understanding of GIS standards and metadata documentation.
- Educations: Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Computer science, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of GIS-related experience.
- Report onsite, Monday-Friday to GCW’s Las Vegas, NV office.
- Proficiency with ESRI products: ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise.
- Experience in customizing WebMaps and WebApplications (Story Maps, Field Maps, Dashboards, Experience Builder).
- Python and Arcade scripting for geospatial automation and analysis.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil3D and GIS-CAD integration.
- Knowledge of topography, DEM, raster datasets, and 3D mapping.
- Experience with imagery analysis and geoprocessing tools.
- Valid driver’s license.
