Behavior Technician Responsibilities:
  • Applying and maintaining all B.E.S.T. practices of ABA Therapy.
  • Working 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Ensure parental participation during sessions.
  • Having a great attitude and love working with small children.

Behavior Technician Requirements:
  • Reliable form of transportation.
  • BLS certification.
  • Must be able to walk, run and play with small children.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. (child).
  • Complete the RBT training process to become RBT certified.
