Role Description:As a Warehouse Specialist at BWT, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include operating forklifts, managing inventory, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate forklifts to move pallets and materials.
  • Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
  • Follow stacking procedures to optimize warehouse space.
  • Conduct pre-shift forklift inspections and report maintenance needs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Assist with additional warehouse tasks such as packing and unpacking boxes.

Qualifications:
  • Valid forklift operator certification.
  • Minimum 1 year of forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and forklift operation.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Benefits and Compensation:
  • Compensation: $14.00 per hour.
  • Benefits available after 90 days, including health insurance, dental, vision, and paid time off.

Scheduled Hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3 PM
