Eick Global STEM Academy is a small business in Monroe, OH. We are professional, creative, and our goal is to develop innovative thinkers and the design process in our students  We work only with 2 - 10-year-old students. 

We are looking for an experienced or willing to train Early Preschool Teacher to join our team and provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching young children, be able to create engaging activities that promote learning and development, be able to foster positive relationships with parents and colleagues and have the ability to learn to plan and implement creative lesson plans that meet the needs of all students.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans for preschool-aged children.
  • Supervise and monitor the safety of children in the classroom.
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
  • Communicate with parents about their child's progress.
  • Organize activities that develop motor skills, social skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Assist with daily routines such as dressing, eating, and toileting.
  • Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

We offer training for new staff where one can also earn their Child Development Associate (CDA) if they do not already have an educational degree.  We have a great collaborative team and a supportive administration.
