Renu Robotics is expanding its workforce to meet the growing needs of the energy industry.   Job Description:
  • Renu Robotics is seeking candidates for the position of Monitoring Technician I to monitor and respond to its fleet of autonomous mobile units using a computer-based monitoring system located in the main office or occasionally remotely if the situation requires it to maintain uninterrupted communications with the field units.  
  • The ideal candidate will be able to learn to have a good knowledge and ability to effectively monitor remote systems located at customer sites, be responsible for ensuring continued safe operations of the monitored equipment and remedy any issues that arise during each unit operating period. 
  • The successful candidate will also provide phone support for and work closely with the Field Service Technicians as needed.
  • Sitting and viewing computer monitors for long periods. 
  • Must be able and willing to work weekends, nights, and days depending on the needs of the units being monitored. 
  • Communicate regularly with customers and their site designees. 
  • May be required to give tours of the monitoring system for visitors/customers. 
  • Must always represent our company responsibly and professionally.
  • We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Shift Employee to support our team during non-standard hours.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the fleet of autonomous tractors located at customer and test sites during required times of operations.
  • Provide monitoring, field technician, and customer support as needed.
  • Remote support for all site installations, repair, maintenance, and testing activities as needed.  
  • Work closely with the Engineering team to support product development and improvements.
  • Follow strict safety guidelines when remotely operating units at customer sites.
  • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the internal organization.
  • Generate and distribute reports and data sets to our customers as required.  
 Qualifications:
  • Strong computer skills, including office suites such as MS office.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • Must be a US citizen with good verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong customer service mentality.
  • You must have high energy, be willing to learn and be skilled with technology. 
  • Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
 Pay:$15 - $17 Hourly depending on candidates experience and capabilities.
