Cybersecurity Specialist

We're seeking highly skilled Systems Administrators and L2/L3 Technicians to join our dynamic team at Computer Concepts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing and executing a wide range of tasks related to customer systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Responsibilities:- Manage and execute tasks related to customer systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot network and system issues promptly, using your knowledge to quickly restore services.
- Monitor active network and server infrastructure to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on systems, both remotely and onsite, to minimize downtime.
- Administer robust security measures to prevent system interruptions and ensure data integrity.
- Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures with the utmost care for data security.
- Document all technical procedures, creating a knowledge base for future reference and training.
- Proven experience in a helpdesk role, or as a network/systems administrator, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for solving complex technical problems.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills, with a talent for diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently across a variety of systems and technologies.
- Proficient knowledge of TCP/IP, data protocols, and networking concepts to maintain and optimize network operations.
- Excellent prioritization and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills, enabling effective problem-solving under pressure.
- A great attitude toward work, a keen interest in technology, and a strong desire to continuously learn and apply new concepts.
