Woodland Hills, United States California Care Services Part time $45 - $60
Candidates must meet the requirements below.  Compensation is as follows:  $90 for evaluation and $125 for SOC.  Patients will be located throughout Los Angeles, Ventura, or Orange County but home health care agency will compensate at the rates above for locations within 25 miles of employee's residence.  If patient is located beyond 25 miles and OT accepts the case, the agency will reimburse at 67 cents per mile for excess travel. 

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  • Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  • Two years of clinical experience as an occupational therapist.
  • Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
  • Possesses and maintains current CPR Certification.
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
