Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at All Care Therapies. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine their needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including exercises, activities, and interventions to help patients achieve their goals and improve their functional abilities.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers on techniques and strategies to enhance their independence and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and other necessary documentation.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in occupational therapy and engage in ongoing professional development.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active CA State Occupational Therapy License.
  • Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
  • Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform.
  • Ability to work with pediatrics (18 months+).
  • Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
