Job Overview: Operations SpecialistAs part of our Central Operations team, you will ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves project support, project coordination, facilities oversight, real estate support, continuous improvement, SOP development, communication, and field support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Support: Compile and analyze productivity reports, manage payer changes, conduct time studies, and develop plans to address operational challenges.
  • Project Coordination: Orchestrate project activities, liaise with cross-functional teams, and ensure timelines and objectives are met.
  • Facilities Oversight: Oversee security, cleaning, and maintenance services for each branch and home office, manage budgets, and ensure compliance.
  • Real Estate Support: Assist in site selection, design, layout, and contract execution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, and lead initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • SOP Development: Assist in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures to standardize processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Communications: Disseminate information, facilitate discussions, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Field Support: Provide operational support, training, and assistance to branches across the state.

  • Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy in reporting and documentation.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational challenges.
  • Adaptability: Navigate evolving priorities and unforeseen challenges.
  • Retail background will be considered
  • Must have experience as a operations specialist, generalist or project manager for a minimum for 1 year to be considered for this role.
