Aspire Therapy & Development Services, a leading multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic, is seeking a licensed Psychologist to join our growing team as our Director of Mental Health Services. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children and families, and desires to work within a supportive, collaborative multidisciplinary team helping to expand our mental and behavioral health services at our Madison and Verona clinics located in beautiful south-central Wisconsin

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD and related disorders.
  • Assess a patient's psychological status; provide appropriate interventions and treatments for the patient and family. 
  • Collaborate with the Aspire team to provide appropriate psychological therapy for patient.
  • Refer patients to other disciplines for consultation and evaluations as indicated.
  • Provide psychological expertise and education to our multidisciplinary team. Consult with other disciplines.
  • Provide direct supervision to 1-2 mental health therapists. 

Requirements:
  • Current Wisconsin Psychology license or eligibility for license.
  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in clinical or child psychology or related field.
  • Experience in a pediatric setting is preferred but not required.
  • Formal training or willingness to be trained in all ADOS modules.
