We are seeking a Mental Health Clinician to:

Evaluate patients with a wide range of mental health diagnoses on an inpatient psychiatry unit.
Collaborate with patient and multi-disciplinary team on individualized treatment plans with specific goals and outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, nurses, and psychologists in group therapy program development.
Provide individual and group psychotherapy, utilizing multiple modalities and methods consistent with evidence-based practice with a focus on crisis stabilization.

Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling Required
Work Experience
1 year of experience providing evidence-based treatments for a variety of mental health and behavioral diagnoses for children, adolescents, and adults Required
3 years of experience providing evidence-based treatments for a variety of mental health and behavioral diagnoses for children, adolescents, and adults Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
Licensed as a Mental Health provider as required in the State of Wisconsin (i.e., Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor-LPC, Licensed Clinical Social Worker-LCSW, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-LMFT) Upon Hire Required
CPR/BLS certification Upon Hire Required
