Our studio offers 24-hour access to Unlimited, Semi-private, Virtually instructed Infrared Sauna Workouts such as 30-minute Isometric sessions & 15-minute High-Intensity Interval Training sessions as well as a non-heated  Functional Training area equipped with machines, racks, weights and many more. Our exclusive workout concept is suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME

We are a staff of high achievers, looking to add one more part-time teammate to our crew The ideal Fitness Membership Sales Associate will work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week. Responsibilities will be as follows, but not limited to:
  • Assist members during their visits by providing warm greetings for each visit, answering their questions, providing proper sauna and workout instructions, answering all post-workout questions and providing suggestions on gear, hydration and other retail items.
  • Promote participation in the Burn Off Challenge and use of the HOTWORX® App.
  • Sell memberships and do the necessary prospecting and outside promotions for new members. Achieve all membership sales goals.
  • Sell retail and learn everything that needs to be discovered about all products and future products that will be introduced. Achieve all retail sales goals.
  • Perform the lesser exciting duties with positivity such as cleaning and keeping the equipment in tidy order.
  • Do what is necessary to meet all prospecting and sales goals.
  • Completing all required training both online and in person as required by owners, to ensure you have all the tools needed to be successful.

Candidates should personally lead a healthy lifestyle and have a personal passion for fitness. We provide substantial paid training, certifications and support to ensure your success. Compensation includes base pay, commissions, bonuses, a free studio membership and product discounts.

  • Meeting and exceeding membership sales goals
  • Showing up daily on time with the mindset to execute every job duty and function with absolute enthusiasm
  • Providing superior service to members at all times by creating a positive and motivating environment
  • Utilizing social media and all other marketing and advertising media to engage members and the community and to help grow the member base and brand awareness daily
  • Using online platforms and software for customer relations management processes, POS systems for membership sales, billing and collections as well as for email and texting campaigns
  • Schedule and run outside monthly promotions
