Retail Manager

Management Experience in accounting/bookeeping/inventory/employee control & systems in Retail environment 

We are seeking enthusiastic, personable, and knowledgeable individual with Retail Management experience, with a college degree or proven results experience in Management, Finance, & Business operation in daily environment showing leadership, success, & prosperity from their efforts, interested in a career in the cannabis industry, in a relaxed positive supportive environment operation, located in smaller community, low low low crime, at the NorthWest Beach, close to all the amenities that enhance quality of life

Position Overview:

• Manager in training will be mentored in all aspects of the Cannabis business environment, with opportunities and advancements that come with the skill sets, knowledge, and exhibition of leadership abilities
• Selected Candidate will assist in inventory control, bookkeeping, inputting into Seed2Sale software, providing customers with cannabis product knowledge available inventory to provide highest probability of meeting their desired goals, & providing direction & mentorship to employees
• The responsibilities include greeting and welcoming customers, informing the management of customer complaints and operational issues, addressing customer inquiries, Inventory monitoring/organization/delivery/storage/labeling product
• You should also be able to answer customers’ questions regarding the different strains of cannabis, their medicinal uses, and methods of consumption, and the resulting general outcome to expect from the experience of consumption. Management will provide mentorship, training, & education 
• Selected Candidate will provide positive great customer service along with excellent communication by ensuring that customers are well-informed and satisfied with their purchases.
• The chosen candidate will be responsible for assisting the management team with the activities and operations of the store while abiding by all policies, procedures, protocols, and operational guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, with positive personality and friendly supportive attitude always present
• Quick learner, and willingness to self-educate, follow directives and directions, and desire to become a leader/manager
• Guide and direct customers in their cannabis purchasing journey
• Answer customer questions and concerns regarding cannabis products and the general effects that may be experienced with usage
• Adhere to strict distribution processes, State Cannabis rules, regulations, & laws current & changing, and maintain a professional and safe environment for customers and co-workers
• Gather and process required documents and information from Vendor deliveries, as well as inspections of every product delivered that meet the requirements of product quality, barcode label accuracy to Manifest, damage, and quantity protocols,received to what Manifest states
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Assist with opening/closing of store and other tasks as assigned
• Meeting and exceeding the adherence to Washington State Liquor and Cannabis laws
