Master Halco, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fencing and perimeter security products is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Associate.  The Regional Sales Associate is responsible for growing sales with strategic customers as well as supporting/leading the Outside Sales Associates with an assigned territory or Region comprised of multiple sales branches.
The purpose of this position is to grow sales and profits by making face to face sales calls assisting with and overseeing field sales activities for multiple Branches while assisting to lead and mentor the Outside Sales Associates within the Region.
In addition, the Regional Sales Associate works at the direction of the Regional Manager to help create and execute Regional sales plans and profitability targets by working with multiple Branch Sales Teams. This is a very exciting time to join our company. Responsibilities: 
  • Collaborates the development and implementation of sales plans to achieve goals.
  • Grow sales with assigned customers through face to face sales calls.
  • Coach and mentor Outside Sales Associates as assigned by the Regional Manager by performing ride alongs, sales & product training, with the purpose to help the OSA grow the sales of their assigned customers.
  • Works with branch sales teams and select support people from Headquarters to provide more resources and tools to grow sales within the territory.
  • Proficient product knowledge for all products sold in the branch.
  • Finds new products to sell through surveying Branch Associates and customers.
  • Providing great customer service and adding value to the customer and the company.
  • Expert knowledge and execution of all customer loyalty and growth programs.
  • Extensive ground travel within territory, 70% – 85%.
  • Overnight and or air travel will depend on geographical territory assigned.
  • Represent company at trade association meetings to promote product.
  • Ability to use a CRM sales call reporting, relaying information to team members.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel for data analysis.

Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications
  • Exceptional sales customer service and relationship building skills; customer retention.
  • Knowledge of basic business and sales principles.
  • Excellent presentation skills before both small and large groups.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Driven and results oriented; drives business development, KPIs, and market expansion to meet corporate targets.
  • Ability to work with all levels of personnel within the organization.
  • Intermediate level computer skills required for CRM reporting and business analytics.

Required Education and Experience:
  • Five years or more within a sales leadership role.
  • Building materials sales experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration or Sales Management
  • Formal Sales Training
