Supervisor - Energy Benchmarking & Analysis

Our customers require proactive insights into utility, energy, water, and emissions data. This role requires someone who can manage and oversee multiple dashboard/software systems to support energy benchmarking efforts. Additionally, this role will support broader company services as benchmarking and data is the foundation for proper energy management.

Role will be based out of Southern California.

Duties include:

• Full utilization of company software systems to track, manage, organize, verify, and analyze utility, energy, water, and emissions data.
  • Experience with EnergyCAP or other energy benchmarking software is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with PowerBI or Tableau is a plus but not required. 
• Management of a full portfolio of benchmarking customers
• IT experience a plus, but not required
• Basic understanding of utilities and emissions (electric, natural gas, water).
• Work with utilities and suppliers to access necessary data.
• Data input and extraction.
• Analyze data and provide insight on trends, anomalies, areas for improvement, etc.
• Support data requests as needed.
• Manage compliance for all state and local benchmarking mandates.
• Oversee and manage renewable energy and on-site generation projects.
• Work with technology vendors, EPCs, and customers.
• Analysis of inputs, assumptions, and economics.
