Excellent opportunity for successful candidate to join a landscaping company, in a strong growth environment. With a mission “To enhance the beauty and value of our client’s homes and properties”, we provide full-service landscaping services for residential and commercial clients.
 
The Office Administrator is responsible for creating and maintaining the company’s contracts, database, customer relations, and accounts receivable. The successful candidate must have phenomenal customer relation skills, exhibit high energy, positive attitude, not be easily intimidated by fast deadlines, and must have two to three years of office and accounting experience.

Tasks:
  • Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
  • Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
  • Communicate with customers, co-workers, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
  • Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
  • Complete work schedules, manage calendars and arrange appointments.
  • Inventory and order materials, supplies, and services.
  • Maintain and analyze customer and lead database. 

Knowledge:
  • Strong administrative/organizational skills. Self-initiator and manages to successful results.
  • Communications and client services support in a custom environment.
  • Strong computer and application skills. Proficient in Excel, Word, Adobe, QuickBooks Online, CRM, external apps, and web-based applications.
