ONRAD, Inc (www.onradinc.com) is seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of Executive Assistant/ Office Manager/Marketing. The position will report to and support the CEO as well as support the CFO.

This position covers the below responsibilities:
  • General administrative support.
  • Writing and communication internally and for web postings.
  • Management of email/communication campaigns.
  • Support of sales with Marketing material development support.
  • Board Book preparation.
  • Contract preparation.
  • Scheduling support
  • Mail
  • Errands
  • Office supplies
  • Other assigned duties

The ideal person will demonstrate a broad range of skills including:
  • Communication – verbal and written.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Executive support background / Marketing background / Office management background.
  • Independent worker that can support multiple people and tasks.
  • Dependable and Reliable.
