Psychiatric Rehabilitation Counselor:
This is a Full-time position within the setting of a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program for individuals with a psychiatric diagnosis. Each employee will be educated in his or her responsibilities as the Rehab Specialist.

The requirements are a must and cannot be substituted for experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Develops and assures that rehabilitation services meet the needs of the individuals. 
  • Oversee the treatment planning and monitoring of progress for the caseloads of all rehabilitation coordinators. 
  • Assist the Program Director to ensure that all client documentation is up to date per regulatory requirements. 
  • Assist the Program Director in leading site visits conducted by regulatory bodies. 
  • Monitor all clients' charts for compliance with current regulatory body standards. Provide crisis intervention and problem-solving for clients as needed.
  • Ensure that all client documentation is up to date per regulatory requirements. 
  • Perform all compliance issues as they apply to care regulations.
  • Marketing of 3 new clients monthly to grow the business.

Qualifications:
  • Must have experience with medical electronic system.
  • Having knowledge of the state authorization process is a MUST.
  • Must know the CARF policy.
  • State DLA 20 training CERT.
  • MUST HAVE PRP EXP.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of working within a Psychiatric facility or PRP.
  • Must have a Degree in social work
