Job Summary:
A full-arch digital dental laboratory, is looking for an experienced dental laboratory technician to join our high-end esthetic team. The position as a dental laboratory technician will be ableto produce high-quality comprehensive products for our clients.
We are searching for quality-conscious, detail-oriented candidates with at least five years’ removable and digital experience; a full understanding of form, function, occlusion, and contour; excellent written and verbal communication skills; creative/artistic abilities; and the ability to produce in an efficient time frame. 

We offer an excellent salary and benefits, including health and vision insurance as well as a dental allowance, paid holidays and vacations, 401(k) plan, continuing education reimbursement, training and travel coverage.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute individual cases from dentists - from preparing wax replicas from impressions to fabricating high-quality dental prostheses and devices;
  • Extensive experience to construct, replace, repair, and resort dental prostheses;
  • Scan, design, and fabricate dental prostheses using 3Shape;
  • In-depth knowledge of dental prostheses, devices, implant parts, and technology for digital dentistry;
  • Able to trouble shoot problems independently;
  • Figure out how to solve problem by knowing who to call;
  • Manufacture and finishing on all prostheses to ensure smooth deliveries to patients;
  • Documentation of all processes, clear communication, and details of each case;
  • Provide feedback to dentists regarding the quality of records and recommendations to make each case successful;
  • Shade checks and patient interviews to better customize each product for company cases;
  • Be available to provide records and chair-side services to outside offices as necessary;
  • Managing supply inventories, keeping the lab clean and organized;
  • Equipment maintenance and cleaning, as required;
  • Provide the prosthodontist support with whatever he may need from the lab and clinic side;
  • Create and maintain relationships with new and existing clients;
  • Work as a team with the other lab technicians to provide efficient and effective work throughout the lab;
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies.

Qualifications:
  • Strong computer and data entry skills;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • Ability to provide high-quality patient care;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Preferred);
  • Removable Technician: 5 years (Required);
  • CAD/CAM Experience: 2 years (Preferred);
  • Certified Dental Technician (Preferred);
  • Ability to provide high-quality patient care.

Desired Skills:
  • Experience with 3Shape;
  • Proficient in dental anatomy/terminology/morphology;
  • Sintering, staining, and finishing zirconia restorations;
  • Strong computer skills to find files, organize information, and self-teach new programs;
  • Experience with Miyo is a plus;
  • Experienced in Full Arch/Mouth Reconstruction;
  • Knowledge of contemporary restorative materials: Zirconia, Lithium Di/Silicate;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Quality-conscious and detail-oriented;
  • Superb analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Exceptional manual dexterity and precision;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
