  • Have the ability to make daily specials and soups.
  • Ability to delegate and run the kitchen.
  • You should be able to make sure everything is stocked and ready for service.
  • Take pride and passion in your work, doesn't take shortcuts to stab a ticket. Quality over speed every day.
  • Workweek 48-52 hours per week.
