Medical Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant (Hiring Urgently)

Medical Receptionist & Chiropractic Assistant:
  • We are a female owned 5-star rated clinic with a talented and friendly team looking for a medical receptionist that is either already a chiropractic assistant or can be trained as a chiropractic assistant.
  • Our Injury Clinic and Wellness Center offers acupuncture, chiropractic and massage therapy in a welcoming inclusive environment with a focus on patient, staff and community well-being.
  • Looking for someone who loves the idea of working for a small business environment with a core team and has an interest or passion for alternative medicine.
  • Shifts will be 2pm - 7pm with possible additional hrs. 

Benefits:

  • 3-4 day work week.

Requirements:
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Is to be able to read, write and speak in English and Spanish. This is REQUIRED. 
  • Team player and respects co-workers.

Preferred:
  • CA (Chiropractic Assistant) License a big plus
  • Medical experience.
  • Scheduling experience.
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Google Drive, Adobe. 
  • Experience with practice management software (Office Ally) is a plus.

Duties:
  • Answering multiple phone lines.
  • Medical records requests and coordinating referrals.
  • Explaining insurance benefits.
  • Checking in/out patients.
  • Complex appointment scheduling.
