Luxury Automotive Receptionist

Audi and Porsche Beaverton are currently seeking a polished and professional individual to join our team as a Luxury Automotive Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our esteemed clientele, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive and welcoming environment. Your outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall success and reputation of our luxury automotive dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet clients and visitors as they enter the dealership, providing a professional and friendly first impression.
• Answer incoming phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner, directing calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the dealership's calendar, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the luxury image of the dealership.
• Coordinate with the sales, service, and finance departments to ensure smooth customer interactions.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback received via email, online portals, or social media platforms.
• Adhere to dealership policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury automotive or high-end retail environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using office software applications, including MS Office.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls and customer inquiries while maintaining a calm and composed manner.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and strong customer service orientation.
• Knowledge or interest in luxury automotive brands and their features is advantageous.
