P.E.P. SERVICE CENTER is a Family owned automotive service center in Oceanport NJ providing exceptional customer service and top-notch vehicle maintenance and repairs since 1979. 
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.  As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their vehicle service needs and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

RESPOSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers and ascertain their service needs
  • Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance
  • Schedule appointments 
  • Communicate with customers throughout the service process
  • Inform the customer of any additional work required an any manufacturer's maintenance due
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely and quality service

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role is preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency in computer software systems
