Automotive Mechanic

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and suspension or steering issues.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions about vehicle repairs.
• Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed on vehicles.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience as an automotive technician or completion of an automotive technology program preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and brakes.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve vehicle issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers about vehicle repairs.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
