Requirements:
  •  Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  •  Passed the NCLEX-RN exam
  •  Valid RN license from the New Jersey Board of Nursing

  •  Strong clinical skills and knowledge
  •  Ability to perform a wide range of nursing tasks and responsibilities
 
Responsibilities:
  •  Provide direct patient care
  •  Administer medications and treatments
  •  Monitor patient health and record observations
  •  Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals
  •  Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
  •  Manage LPNs and other support staff
  •  Develop and manage nursing care plans
  •  Conduct diagnostic tests and analyze results
