Key Responsibilities:- Provide Patient Care: Perform nursing assessments, develop effective plans of care, and administer medications and treatments as needed.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Supervise and Delegate: Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
- Education and Licensure: Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- Certifications: CPR Certification is required.
- Competitive Pay: $42.00 to $48.00 per hour.
