Key Responsibilities:
  • Take Orders: Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests and accurately ring them into the POS.
  • Serve Food and Beverages: Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Attend to guests’ needs throughout their dining experience, including refilling drinks, addressing questions, and resolving any issues.
  • Clean and Prepare: Pre-bussing tables throughout your guests' visit, and cleaning/resetting tables upon their departure.
  • Process Payments: Present bills, accept payments, and provide change or process credit card transactions.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the dining area clean and organized, including performing side work and maintaining service stations.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety Standards: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience as a server or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and carry food & beverages for extended periods.
  • Team Player: Cooperative and willing to assist colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
