Who you are: You LOVE children. You don’t mind being silly in front of others. You find a way to connect with children of all personalities- outgoing, reserved, and everything in between. You can find 100 ways to play with the most simple materials. You are eager to change the lives of children and their families.
Duties:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
- Assist with skill acquisition programs, including communication, social skills, and daily living skills.
- Support clients in community outings and activities.
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow directions and implement behavior plans accurately.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes or other designated locations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Hourly compensation: $32/hr base salary, plus additional compensation based on education, experience, and availability.
