Duties:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Assist with skill acquisition programs, including communication, social skills, and daily living skills.
• Support clients in community outings and activities.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow directions and implement behavior plans accurately.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes or other designated locations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Hourly compensation: $32/hr base salary, plus additional compensation based on education, experience, and availability.
