You will also participate in team meetings and training workshops, ensuring a safe and positive environment for our clients. To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a commitment to working flexible schedules. A Registered Behavior Technician Certification, Bachelor's degree in a Behavioral Science, and experience working with children with behavioral challenges are preferred.
