Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction to the clinical team.
- Implement quality assurance programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Foster collaboration among healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and mentoring of clinical staff.
- Ensure accurate patient assessments, care plans, and documentation.
- Advocate for patients and their families.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement Pinnacle's policies for operational excellence.
- Supervise Clinical Managers and Clinical Assistants, promoting case management and continuous education.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement plans to exceed state and national averages.
- Promote the use of patient and physician portals, and Telehealth visits.
- Function as the CMS Clinical Manager, overseeing all patient care services and personnel.
Qualifications:
- Registered nurse with current licensure in the state.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Two years of management or supervisory experience in home health care.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance with professional standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in healthcare software and electronic medical records.
