Electric Mechanic

- Work with electrical components to rebuild, paint, and certify for re-deployment
- Spray paint electrical enclosures
- Wear required PPE, including a half face respirator for spray painting
- Participate in the following certifications: Pearl Level I and II, Forklift training, 15+ TSC Electrical Training Classes (completed within one year of hire date), MSHA training, 10-30-hour OSHA card, PPE
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of electrical, electronic experience, strong mechanical aptitude
- MUST be able to pass a respirator fit test
- Ability to work 2nd shift
- General understanding and firsthand experience with safe work environments
- Must be comfortable with machinery and have mechanical/electrical aptitude
- Be able to read, interpret, and modify documents
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an excellent driving record
- Ability to lift, push, pull, carry items up to 50 lbs. in weight
- Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and bend for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to perform manual labor for up to 12 or more hours per day
- Acute hearing and strong field of vision
- Ability to work in demanding physical and inclement weather conditions
