- Job Title: Construction Superintendent.
- Rate of Pay: $60 - $75.00 per hour (based on experience).
- Shift: Day Shift - 5/10s could shift to 6/10's.
- Location: West Point, NY.
- Assignment: Open Assignment.
- Participates in design review process.
- Oversees construction lifecycle, from mobilization to close-out.
- Prepares, manages, and updates project schedules to ensure timely project completion.
- Review submittal and RFI’s, including subcontractor submissions, for accuracy prior to submission to owner or designer of record.
- Act as lead for preconstruction and preplanning activities to ensure project is completed in accordance with the contract documents and within budgetary constraints.
- Project documentation processing to include daily reports, pay applications, submittals, RFI’s, warranty information, close out documents, record drawings and all final release documents.
- Material buyouts and ordering to ensure project schedule is met.
- Candidate will act as liaison and manage all communications/ meetings between customer, company, and subcontractors.
- Financial oversite to include preparation of project forecasts and work in progress schedules as required.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
