Client Relations Coordinator

Busy small animal hospital seeking a strong, experienced client relations coordinator.

Schedule:
  • Full Time preferred Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm and Friday 7:30am - 1:30 pm. 
  • Part time is negotiable either Monday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Friday. 
  • The occasional Saturday would apply to either full time or part time. 
  • Overtime is available but not required. 

Job details:
  • Primary duties are managing all forms of communications (calls, texts, email), data entry, scheduling, delegating client requests and assist with hospital promotions. 
  • Social Media and marketing input is welcome but not required. 
  • Ideal candidate has a veterinary office or medical office scheduling experience, a positive attitude and detail-oriented

Just a few miles from Laughlin, NV and just 90 miles from the infamous Las Vegas, NV. There are lots of water and hiking activities available and the cost of living here is decent.
