Join our team as a BCBA Intern where you'll work closely with experienced BCBAs in developing and implementing treatment plans for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role is ideal for those currently in a Master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or recent graduates aiming for BCBA certification.

We are committed to your professional development and personal growth, offering a competitive starting salary of $54,000 to $56,000 with potential wage increases every 6 months. You’ll benefit from guaranteed hours, receiving a minimum of 32-40 hours a week regardless of patient cancellations, ensuring stable and predictable income.

Our program includes no-cost supervision hours, with no deductions from your pay or clawbacks for the dedicated supervision time you receive. Additionally, there is no contractual obligation, allowing you flexibility in your career progression.

Job Description:
  • Analyze client progress and update programs as needed.
  • Attend weekly parent training meetings and progress updates.
  • Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA.
  • Record client responses into the Central Reach program.
  • Assist with patient assessments and reassessments for assigned caseload (VBMAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, Socially Savvy, ABAS-3, Vineland) under the supervision of the BCBA.
  • Attend weekly ABA Staff Meeting and assist BCBA in the delivery of patient updates.
  • Providing observation and direction to direct care staff.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Must be enrolled in a Masters program leading toward certification in behavior analysis.
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree.
  • No criminal background.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active.
